- Each campsite has 30 amp and 15-amp electrical service with the exception of Group Site “B” and 5 campsites which can be used as non-power sites. Group Site “B” has 15-amp service only.
- Each campsite has a fire pit.
- Potable water is available at strategic places within the campground.
- A free dumping station is located within the park.
- The washrooms are clean and comfortable.
- Hot-water showers are free to all registered campers.
- Horseshoe pits and bocce courts are available for use free. If you don’t have horseshoes or bocce balls, you can use ours for a $10.00 refundable deposit on each set of shoes or balls.
- There is a children’s playground in the adjacent park.
- If you choose, there are free picnic areas throughout the park.
- The Highwood River offers opportunities for swimming, tubing, kyacking and fishing.
- A pathway along the River connects with an extensive network of walking and biking paths.
